关于提升食品安全抽检工作靶向性的思考

摘　　要：食品安全抽检作为食品安全管理的重要举措,其旨在发现风险隐患,预防食品安全事故的发生。然而,在实际工作开展过程中会受部分因素的影响,存在食品安全抽检工作靶向性不准、发现问题能力不足的情况。本文通过分析食品安全抽检工作的现实意义,剖析影响食品安全抽检工作靶向性的原因,并提出相应的对策建议,以期为促进食品安全监管工作的有效开展提供参考。As an important measure of food safety management,food safety sampling inspection aims at finding hidden risks and preventing food safety accidents.However,in the process of actual work will be affected by some factors,there are inaccurate targeting of food safety sampling inspection,insufficient ability to find problems.This paper analyzes the practical significance of food safety sampling inspection,analyzes the reasons that affect the targeting of food safety sampling inspection,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,in order to provide references for promoting the effective development of food safety supervision.
