摘　　要：食品实验室的质量控制是保障食品安全的关键。在实验室的众多操作流程中,试剂管理环节至关重要,直接影响检测结果的精确性与可靠性。本文深入探讨了试剂管理在食品实验室质量控制中的重大作用,涵盖了试剂的精心挑选、合理采购、妥善存储、规范使用以及严格的质量监控等诸多方面。同时,针对性地提出了强化试剂管理的有效举措,旨在提升食品实验室的检测水平和工作效率,为食品安全筑牢坚实防线。Quality control of food laboratories is the key to ensuring food safety.Among the many operating procedures of the laboratory,reagent management is crucial and directly affects the accuracy and reliability of the test results.This article deeply explores the important role of reagent management in food laboratory quality control,covering many aspects such as careful selection of reagents,reasonable procurement,proper storage,standardized use,and strict quality control.At the same time,effective measures to strengthen reagent management are proposed,aiming to improve the detection level and work efficiency of food laboratories and build a solid line of defense for food safety.
