摘　　要：随着生活水平的提高,人们对食品安全问题的关注也在不断增加。离子色谱技术作为检测食品质量的关键技术手段,在食品安全领域发挥着至关重要的作用。本文综述了离子色谱技术的分离原理及技术优势,并探讨了其在食品检测领域的应用,旨在提升食品检测水平,为保障食品安全提供理论参考。With the improvement of living standards,people’s attention to food safety issues is also constantly increasing.Ion chromatography technology,as a key technical means for detecting food quality,plays a crucial role in the field of food safety.This article summarizes the separation principle and technical advantages of ion chromatography technology,and explores its application in the field of food detection.Aim to improve the level of food testing and provide theoretical reference for ensuring food safety.
