摘 要:食品检验计量检定是确保食品安全的重要技术支撑。本文分析当前食品检验中计量检定工作存在的主要问题,如计量器具管理不规范、检定人员专业能力不足、检定规程不完善等。针对这些问题,提出加强计量器具规范化管理、强化检定人员专业能力培训、完善检定规程体系等改进对策,以期不断提升食品检验计量检定工作水平,为保障食品安全提供有力支持。Food inspection and metrological verification are important technical supports to ensure food safety.This paper analyzes the main problems existing in the current food inspection and verification work,such as nonstandard management of measuring instruments,lack of professional ability of verification personnel,and imperfect verification procedures.In response to these problems,the improvement measures are proposed,such as strengthening the standardized management of measuring instruments,enhancing the professional training of calibration personnel,and improving the calibration regulation system,so as to continuously improve the level of food inspection and metrological calibration work and provide strong support for ensuring food safety.
