摘  要:为落实立德树人的根本任务,培养具有高度中医药文化自信的人才,构建中医药院校“大思政”格局,需要将课程思政与中医专业课程结合起来。中医妇科教学团队结合党的二十大精神,总结“五心教育”思政元素,着重培养学生的爱国精神、人文精神、职业精神、科学精神、创新精神,实践并探索中医妇科学课程思政教学。结果表明,学生在增强相关临床知识与技能的同时,也可以提高其思想素质、人文素养与中医药文化自信。本文将从背景分析、教学设计、教学实践、教学反思四方面进行总结。In order to implement the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talents,cultivate talents with high confidence in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) culture,and build a “great ideological and political” pattern in TCM universities,it is necessary to combine ideological and political courses with TCM professional courses.The teaching team of TCM gynecology followed the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China to summarize the ideological and political elements of education on “loyalty to the motherland,love to society,care for others,filial piety to parents,and confidence to themselves”,focusing on cultivating students' patriotism,humanistic spirit,professional spirit,scientific spirit,and innovative spirit and practicing and exploring the ideological and political teaching of TCM gynecology courses.The results indicate that while students enhance relevant clinical knowledge and skills,they can also improve their ideological quality,humanistic literacy,and confidence in TCM culture.This article summarized the achievements from four aspects:background analysis,teaching design,teaching practice,and teaching reflection.
