摘 要:新一代信息技术促使冷链智能化水平得以快速发展,精准把控智慧冷链发展水平是实现技术瓶颈重点突破与发展方向战略布局的基础与保障。基于此,研发一套可对多方实时在线监测的保鲜监控系统,结合网络监控技术,集检测、网络通信、数据监测、远程操控于一体,实现与B/S技术的有机结合,解决装置监测的单一性问题。采用基于保鲜监控系统的真空预冷装置对新鲜小青菜进行试验验证,在预冷终温4℃、预冷终压1000 Pa条件下,小青菜的失重率保持在3.2%。结果表明,结合该保鲜监控系统的预冷装置对保鲜小青菜品质的作用较为显著,同时该系统能够实时监测保鲜舱内小青菜的温度和湿度等关键参数,并通过功能测试,基本确定整个系统的预期功能目标均可实现。The new generation of information technology promotes the rapid development of the intelligent level of the cold chain,and accurately controlling the development level of the intelligent cold chain is the basis and guarantee for the key breakthrough of the technical bottleneck and the strategic layout of the development direction.Based on this research and development of a multi-party real-time online monitoring of the preservation monitoring system,combined with network monitoring technology,set detection,network communication,data monitoring,remote control in one,achieve the organic combination with B/S technology,and solve the single problem of device monitoring.The vacuum precooling device based on the preservation monitoring system is used to verify the experiment of fresh green vegetables.Under the condition of precooling final temperature of 4℃and final pressure of 1000 Pa,the weight loss rate of green vegetables is maintained at 3.2%.The experimental results show that the pre-cooling device combined with the fresh-keeping monitoring system has a significant effect on the quality of fresh-keeping small green dishes.At the same time,the system can monitor the key parameters such as temperature and humidity of small green vegetables in the fresh-keeping cabin in real time.Through functional testing,it is basically confirmed that the expected functional goals of the whole system have been achieved.
