富糖胺聚糖胶原蛋白肽组合物改善皮肤试食研究

摘　　要：评价富糖胺聚糖胶原蛋白肽配方组合物对人体面部皮肤水分与质地的改善作用。将受试者随机分为产品A组和产品B组,其中产品A组34例、产品B组35例,产品A组给予富糖胺聚糖胶原蛋白肽配方组合物,试食组B给予胶原蛋白肽配方组合物,连续56 d。采用自身及组间对照方法,于试食前及试食28和56 d后分别进行一次功效指标的测定及相关安全性指标评估。结果表明,食用富糖胺聚糖胶原蛋白肽配方组合物56 d后,皮肤的角质层含水量显著增加57.92%,弹性显著改善13.5%,紧实度显著改善20.19%,真皮强度显著提高11.54%,光泽度显著改善16.46%,明亮度显著改善1.97%,综合肤色显著改善12.15%,肤色均匀度显著改善5.72%,且鱼尾纹和眼下纹的数目与体积显著减少(均为P<0.001),试食过程中,受试者未见不良反应。与胶原蛋白肽配方组合物相比,富糖胺聚糖胶原蛋白肽配方组合物在改善皮肤角质层含水量、弹性、紧实度、真皮强度、光泽度、综合肤色、肤色均匀度,减少鱼尾纹和眼下纹的数目与体积的变化率方面,均具有显著优势(均为P<0.05)。其中,在试食28 d后可表现出增强皮肤出弹性、紧实度、光泽度及肤色均匀度,减少鱼尾纹体积的优势(均为P<0.05)。富糖胺聚糖胶原蛋白肽配方组合物具有改善皮肤水分与质地,紧致皮肤,促进皮肤年轻化的作用。Evaluate the effect of glycosaminoglycan collagen peptide formulation composition on improving the moisture and texture of human facial skin.Subjects were randomly divided into product group A and product group B,including 34 cases in product group A and 35 cases in product group B.Product group A was given glycosaminoglycan collagen peptide formula composition,and test group B was given collagen peptide formula composition for consecutive 56 d.Efficacy indexes and related safety indexes were determined once before trial,after 28 and 56 d trial,respectively,using self-controlled and inter-group control methods.The results showed that after 56 d of eating glycosaminoglycan-rich collagen peptide formula composition,the moisture of the stratum corneum of the skin increased significantly by 57.92%.Elasticity was significantly improved by 13.5%,firmness by 20.19%,dermal strength by 11.54%,gloss by 16.46%,brightness by 1.97%,overall skin color by 12.15%,and skin color evenness by 5.72%.The number and volume of crow’s feet and under eye lines were significantly reduced(P<0.001),and no adverse reactions were observed during the test.Compared with the collagen peptide formula composition,the glycosaminoglycan collagen peptide formula composition had significant advantages in improving the water content,elasticity,firmness,dermal strength,gloss,comprehensive skin color,skin color uniformity,and reducing the number and volume change rate of crow’s feet and under-eye lines(P<0.05).Among them,after 28 d of testing,it showed the advantages of enhancing skin elasticity,firmness,gloss and skin color uniformity,and reducing crow’s feet volume(P<0.05).The glycosaminoglycan collagen peptide formula has the effects of improving skin moisture and texture,tightening skin and promoting skin rejuvenation.
