摘 要:睡眠障碍已成为全球问题,且日趋严重,影响人类生命健康,开发具有改善睡眠功能的食品,具有广阔的市场前景。采用受试者自身对照模式进行分析。分别于受试者服用酪蛋白酶解物制品2周和4周后调查受试者睡眠状况。结果表明,服用酪蛋白酶解物制品2周和4周后,受试者入睡平均时间人群改善率分别为80%和87%;服用酪蛋白酶解物制品4周后夜间易醒/早醒次数人群改善率为60%,入睡困难次数人群改善率为73%。从整体上看,服用酪蛋白酶解物制品4周后睡眠质量人群改善率达80%,且服用产品后均未见明显异常变化,也未观察到过敏及其他不良反应。该款酪蛋白酶解物制品具有改善睡眠作用。Sleep disorder has become a global problem,and it is becoming more and more serious,affecting human life and health.Developing food with sleep improving function has broad market prospects.The subjects’own control mode was used for analysis.After taking casein hydrolysate products for 2 weeks and 4 weeks,the sleep status of the subjects was investigated.The results showed that after taking casein hydrolysate products for 2 weeks and 4 weeks,the improvement rate of the average time for subjects to fall asleep was 80%and 87%respectively.After taking casein hydrolysate products for 4 weeks,the improvement rate of easy waking/early waking at night was 60%,and the improvement rate of falling asleep was 73%.The improvement rate of sleep quality of people after taking casein hydrolysate products for 4 weeks was as high as 80%,and no obvious abnormal changes were observed after taking the product,and no allergies and other adverse reactions were observed.The casein hydrolysate product has the effect of improving sleep.
