摘  要:“家庭营养学”课程蕴含着鲜明的思政元素,通过分析该课程开展课程思政的必要性、课程教学目标及教学对象,提出了“家庭营养学”课程思政的实施途径,主要包括教学团队培养、思政内容挖掘和教学方法创新等方面。此外,还提出了“家庭营养学”课程思政的持续改进措施,以期为相关专业课程在开展课程思政方面提供参考与借鉴。The course of“Family Nutrition”contains distinct ideological and political elements,and this paper analyzes the necessity of developing ideological and political course,teaching objectives and teaching objects,and puts forward some ways to carry out the ideological and political education of the course of“Family Nutrition”,including the training of teaching team,the mining of ideological and political contents and the innovation of teaching methods.In addition,the author also puts forward some continuous improvement measures for the ideological and political education of the course of“Family Nutrition”,in order to provide reference and reference for the related professional courses in the ideological and political aspects of the curriculum.
