摘　　要：“微生物检测技术”作为食品检验专业的必修课程,开展课程思政改革对食品检验人才的培育具有重要意义。以“微生物检测技术”为例,深入挖掘其思想政治教育融入点,将其蕴含的家国情怀、辩证唯物思维、科学精神、自然和谐等思政元素与人才培育需求相结合,通过课程设计巧妙地将其延伸至具体的理论学习、实践教学、综合实训和课外拓展等环节中,并将反映学生知识、技能和素质的内容全面纳入课程教学质量评价中,形成全面化的过程性评价和终结性评价。“Microbial Detection Technology”,as a compulsory course for food inspection majors,can create great value in the cultivation of food inspection talents by curriculum ideological and political reform.Taking“Microbial Detection Technology”as an example,we will deeply explore the points which can combine the ideological and political elements,such as patriotism,dialectical materialism,scientific spirit,and natural harmony,with curriculum features.Through course design,we will cleverly extend it to specific theoretical learning,practical teaching,comprehensive training,and extracurricular expansion.It is also necessary to form a comprehensive process evaluation and final evaluation,which reflects students’knowledge,skills,and qualities into the evaluation of course teaching quality.
