摘　　要：2023年9月,习近平总书记致信全国优秀教师代表时首次提出教育家精神。教育家精神蕴藏着深刻的实践逻辑、文化逻辑和政治逻辑。教师是教育发展的第一资源,涵养教育家精神需要从建设宣传矩阵、完善师范培养、强化资源保障等方面持续发力,全面推进高素质教师队伍建设,引导广大教师努力为推进中国式现代化培养更多堪当民族复兴大任的栋梁之材。In September 2023,after putting forward the spirit of educators for the first time,general secretary Xi Jinping wrote to the representative of prominent teachers across China.This spirit contains profound practical,cultural and political logic that teachers are the first resource for developing education.To achieve this goal,we should continue to make efforts from the aspects of building a publicity matrix,perfecting normal nurture,strengthening resource security and so on,aiming to comprehensively promote the development of high-caliber teachers,and guide teachers across China to industriously nurture more talents for the national rejuvenation.
