摘  要:为提高雨生红球藻藻渣多糖的提取率,采用单因素和响应面法优化雨生红球藻藻渣多糖提取条件,并对获得的多糖进行降血脂试验。结果表明,雨生红球藻藻渣多糖最佳提取条件为NaOH质量分数2.5%、料液比1∶25(g/mL)、超声功率250 W、超声时间10 min、提取时间2.5 h,在此条件下,多糖的提取率为(5.744±0.030)%。藻渣多糖浓度为5 mg/mL时,对胰脂肪酶有较好的抑制效果,抑制率达到(94.19±0.02)%。The extraction conditions of polysaccharide from the residue of Haematococcus pluvialis were opti-mized by single factor tests and response surface methodology to improve the yield of polysaccharides.Experi-ments were carried out to evaluate the blood lipid-lowering effect of the obtained polysaccharide.The extrac-tion conditions were optimized as follows:NaOH mass fraction of 2.5%,solid-to-liquid ratio of 1∶25(g/mL),ul-trasonic power of 250 W,ultrasonic time of 10 min,and extraction time of 2.5 h.Under these conditions,the yield of polysaccharide was(5.744±0.030)%.The obtained polysaccharide at 5 mg/mL inhibited the activity of pancreatic lipase,with the inhibition rate reaching(94.19±0.02)%.
