摘  要:目的探讨在线多模式教学在疼痛诊疗学实践教学中的应用效果。方法选取我校五年制2018级麻醉本科学生48名作为研究对象。按照随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组,每组24名。在疼痛诊疗学实践教学中,实验组采用提前预习并利用视频观摩操作、病例汇报平台、计算机网络平台进行在线多模式教学,对照组按传统教学方式授课。实习结束后,比较分析两组学生的基础理论和知识应用能力考核成绩。结果实验组实习生的基础理论和知识应用能力考核成绩均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t分别=2.71、2.42,P均<0.05)。结论在线多模式教学在疼痛诊疗学实践教学中对于提高学生对疼痛诊疗的理解和掌握具有重大意义。Objective To explore the application effect of online multi-mode teaching in the practical teaching of pain diagnosis and treatment.Methods A total of 48 students in the five-year anesthesia class of grade 2018 were se⁃lected as the study objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into experimental group and control group,with 24 participants in each group.In the practice teaching of pain diagnosis and treatment,the experimen⁃tal group used pre-study and online multi-mode teaching by video observation,case reporting platform and computer net⁃work platform,while the control group taught according to traditional teaching methods.After the internship,the results of the basic theory and knowledge application ability of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The scores of basic theory and knowledge application ability of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=2.71,2.42,P<0.05).Conclusion Online multi-mode teaching is of great significance in the practice teaching of pain diagnosis and treatment to improve students'understanding and mas⁃tery of pain diagnosis and treatment.
