摘　　要：作为一种语言工具,英语最重要的作用本应是交流,但对很多中国学生来说,其较差的英语听力能力在一定程度上成为交流的巨大阻力。动态英语听力教学模式以动态系统理论为基础,构建了环境、语言、学习者和反馈四个听力子系统,包括课前、课内和课后三个阶段,以及“线上”“线下”两种方式。动态英语听力教学模式整合了影响和制约听力学习的众多因素,充分调动四个子系统的良性互动,为学生听力能力的提高提供了有力支撑。English is a language for international communication,but the poor listening competence of many Chinese students hinders their communication in English to a certain extent.Based on the dynamic system theory,the researcher constructs English listening dynamic teaching model consisting of four listening subsystems:the environment subsystem,the language subsystem,the learner subsystem,and the feedback subsystem,and pre-class and in-class plus after-class stages as well as“online”and“offline”approaches compose the model architecture.The dynamic teaching model integrates many factors in listening teaching and learning,and fully mobilizes the benign interaction of the four subsystems,so as to provides strong support for the improvement of students’listening competence.
