摘　　要：地方教师教育类高校在我国教师教育体系中具有重要地位,在师范人才培养和中小学教师专业发展体系中发挥着基础性、主体性和决定性的作用。第十四届地方院校校长论坛聚焦中小学教师的师德师风建设、新时代卓越教师培养、新时代教师教育体系建设、地方院校协同提质建设、助力乡村全面振兴等核心问题,通过教师教育政策诠释、理论研究成果推介、教师教育案例分析、教师教育工作讨论,论坛形成了地方院校教师教育工作的重要共识和丰硕的成果,为我国新时代教师教育体系建设、教师教育高质量发展奠定了良好的基础。Local universities of teacher education play an important role in China's teacher education system,playing a fundamental,subjective,and decisive role in the cultivation of teacher talents and the professional development of primary and secondary school teachers.The 14th Forum of Local University Presidents focuses on core issues such as the construction of professional ethics and conduct among primary and secondary school teachers,the cultivation of outstanding teachers in the new era,the construction of a new era teacher education system,the collaborative improvement of local universities,and the promotion of comprehensive rural revitalization.Through interpreting teacher education policies,promoting theoretical research results,analyzing teacher education cases,and discussing teacher education work,the forum has formed an important consensus and fruitful results in the education of local university teachers,laying a solid foundation for the construction of China's new era teacher education system and the high-quality development of teacher education.
