“三全育人”视域下高职院校艺术实践活动的育人作用探析——以深圳职业技术大学为例

摘  要:立德树人是教育的根本任务。探究“三全育人”视域下高职院校艺术实践活动的育人功能和作用,对于落实立德树人根本任务,培养适应时代发展需要的知识型、技能型、创新型人才具有重要的现实意义。文章以深圳职业技术大学为例,深入分析高等职业院校艺术实践活动的特点、思政功能和育人价值,提出始终将立德树人放在首位、推动全员全过程全方位育人、着力加强队伍建设、增强艺术实践活动吸引力和生命力、完善顶层设计与保障体系等对策建议。“Fostering Virtue through Education”is the fundamental task of education.Exploring the educational functions and roles of art practice activities in higher vocational institutions from the perspective of“all-round education”is of great practical significance for realizing this fundamental task,and for cultivating knowledge-based,skilled,and innovative talents who meet the needs of the times.This paper takes Shenzhen Polytechnic as a case study to analyze the characteristics,ideological and political functions,and educational value of art practice activities in higher vocational institutions.It proposes strategies such as always prioritizing the task of fostering virtue through education,promoting all-staff and whole-process education,focusing on team building,enhancing the attractiveness and vitality of art practice activities,and improving top-level design and support systems.
