摘 要:本文检索了IncoPat平台2002—2021年我国葡萄酒酿造技术相关专利数据,采用文献计量法、Excel 2019和WCY软件进行分析。结果表明,实用新型专利828项,授权发明专利470项,授权率为19.8%,处于较低状态;葡萄酒头部企业和重点高校是专利技术研发的主要力量;葡萄酒技术创新的热点领域为葡萄酒发酵、酶处理等酿造工艺类以及过滤与发酵等实用新型装置,本土酿酒酵母的研发已受到更多重视;发明专利的主要技术功效为复杂性和成本降低,而实用新型专利的技术功效主要为便利性和效率提高;33.6%的授权发明专利和45.8%的授权实用新型专利处于无权状态。以上结果表明,我国葡萄酒酿造技术专利总体呈现高量低质状况,需提高行业专利意识,加强高价值专利培育,并重视专利维护。In this paper,the IncoPat platform from 2002 to 2021 related patent data of winemaking technology in China were retrieved and analyzed by the bibliometric method,Excel 2019 and WCY software.The results showed that there were 828 utility model patents and 470 authorized invention patents,with an authorization rate of 19.8%,which was in a low state.Wine head enterprises and key universities were main force in research and development of patented technology.The hot areas of wine technology innovation were wine fermentation,enzymatic treatment and other brewing processes,as well as utility model devices such as filtration and fermentation,and research and development of local Saccharomyces cerevisiae has received more attention.The main technical functions of invention patents were complexity reduction and cost reduction,while the technical effects of utility model patents were mainly convenience improvement and efficiency improvement.33.6%of authorized invention patents and 45.8%of authorized utility model patents were in a state of non-entitlement.The above results show that Chinese winemaking technology patents are generally high in quantity and low in quality,so it is necessary to improve the industry's patent awareness,strengthen the cultivation of high-value patents,and pay attention to patent maintenance.
