摘  要:认知立场副词是作者在论文中表达其立场的重要语言手段,可以体现作者对命题内容或陈述方式的态度或判断。结论作为学术论文的结尾部分,主要承担着总结研究成果、提出研究意义和指出研究局限等任务,其写作水平在一定程度上影响着论文整体质量。国内相关研究主要集中在学术论文摘要部分,对学术论文结论部分认知立场副词的使用情况相对缺乏关注。鉴于此,本研究将认知立场副词这一语言特征与语步相结合,考察国内应用语言学硕士论文结论部分这一体裁中认知立场副词的使用情况,以期对学术英语写作教学以及中国学生在用英语进行学术语篇结论部分写作提供参考。The epistemic stance adverb is an important linguistic means for authors to express their position in a paper,which can reflect the author’s attitude or judgment on the the proposition or the way it is stated.As the end of the academic paper,the conclusion mainly undertakes the tasks of summarizing the research results,putting forward the research significance and pointing out the research limitations,and its writing level affects the overall quality of the paper to a certain extent.Domestic relevant research mainly focuses on the abstract of academic papers,and there is a relative lack of attention to the use of epistemic stance adverb in the concluding part of academic papers.In view of this,this study combines the linguistic feature of epistemic stance adverb to examine the use of cognitive adverbs of stance in the genre of the conclusion of the master's thesis in applied linguistics in China.We hope to provide reference for the teaching of academic English writing and the writing of the conclusion of the academic essay by Chinese students in English.
