双导师制联动两课堂融合课程思政协同育人新模式的实践探索

摘　　要：为落实立德树人根本任务,中山大学护理学院通过理论学习和实践探索,构建了双导师制联动两课堂融合课程思政协同育人新模式,包括做好课程思政顶层设计、创办导学导师联合行业菁英导师的双导师制菁英培育项目、加强课程思政与第二课堂相融合的三全育人模式。该模式打造了课程思政优秀教师和省级先进女职工集体,建有省级虚拟教研室,获得省级课程思政示范课程和示范课堂、省级和国家级一流课程;近年课程思政育人成效显著,学生荣获许多校级、省级和国家级的道德品质、临床技能和科研大赛等奖项;在此课程思政协同育人新模式培养下,学生的专业认同度较高、人文素质收获度较高、课程思政满意度较高。该模式可为我国护理学专业本科课程思政改革提供借鉴。In order to implement the fundamental task of strengthen moral education,the School of Nursing of Sun Yat-sen University,through theoretical study and practical exploration,has constructed a new model of dual tutorial system in ideological and political integrated education with two classes.It includes the top-level design of ideological and political courses,setting up the dual tutorial system,and strengthening the three-in-one education model that integrates ideological and political courses with the second classroom.This model has created provincial excellent teachers and advanced group of female staffs,gained provincial virtual teaching and research office for ideological and political courses,built provincial first-class ideological and political course and classroom,and national first-class courses,etc.The course ideological and political education has achieved remarkable results,students have won many awards for moral,clinical skills and scientific research competitions at university level,provincial and national level.Under this new model,undergraduates have higher professional identity,higher humanistic quality harvest,and higher satisfaction with ideological and political courses.This model can provide a reference for the ideological and political reform of nursing undergraduate courses in China.
