摘　　要：为提升土木工程材料研究生培养质量,提高研究生导师的水平,该文从土木工程材料研究生培养的困境和成因出发,分析地方高校导师团队和研究生培养中存在的问题,并以青岛理工大学土木工程材料研究生培养为例提供相应的解决方案,即基于具体课题实际确定适合的导师团队,充分利用科-教-产资源和国际合作平台,发挥不同导师的专业特长,优化师资队伍和配置,进行学科交叉型土木工程材料研究生导师团队建设的探索。实践表明,地方高校结合实际和发展定位,采取合适的模式,同样能够建设取得优异的土木工程材料研究生培养效果,提升研究生导师团队质量。In order to improve the training quality of graduate students majored in civil engineering materials and the level of graduate tutors.This paper starts from the difficulties and causes of civil engineering materials graduate training,and the problems existing in the local university tutor team and graduate training are analyzed.The graduate training of civil engineering materials in Qingdao University of Technology is taken as an example to provide corresponding solutions.Based on the actual situation of the specific topic,the supervisor team is defined,the science-teaching-production resources and international cooperation platform are fully utilized,and the professional strengths of each tutor are utilized to optimize the teaching team,and the construction exploration of interdisciplinary graduate tutor team of civil engineering materials is carried out.Practice shows that local colleges and universities can also trainexcellent graduate students majored in civil engineering materialsand improve the quality of graduate tutor teams by adopting appropriate models in combination with the actual situation and development orientation.
