摘  要:目的 探讨班导师制度在骨科住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)中的应用效果。方法 选取2023年1月—2023年8月在复旦大学附属华山医院骨科轮转99名住院医师,随机分为两组,观察组采取班导师制度,负责监督轮转,协助教学,辅导解决生活问题;对照组按照传统教学模式。对比两组出科考核成绩、360评价以及住院医师心理健康状态。结果 观察组出科考核成绩包括骨科理论知识、技能操作和病例分析均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。360度评价结果显示,观察组住院医师对指导医师评价高于对照组,观察组指导医师对住院医师评价高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。问卷调查结果显示,观察组住院医师平均分数显著低于对照组,同时观察组心理健康不良人数也明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 班导师制度不仅可以显著提高住院医师的理论知识及临床技能操作能力,同时可以降低不良心理健康发生率,创建更和谐的师生关系,增强临床教学效果显著。Objective To explore the application effect of the class tutor system in the standardized training of orthopedic residents.Methods From January 2023 to August 2023,99 residents who rotated to our department were randomly divided into two groups.The observation group was supervised by the tutor system of the executive class,which was responsible for supervising rotation,assisting teaching and helping to solve life problems,while the control group followed the traditional teaching mode.The examination scores,360-degree evaluation and mental health status of residents of the two groups were compared by means of assessment and questionnaire.Results During the rotation in orthopaedics,the scores of residents in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group in terms of orthopedic theory,skill operation and case analysis(P<0.05).The results of 360-degree evaluation showed that the evaluation of residents on tutors in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the evaluation of tutors on residents in the observation group was higher than that in the control group.The results of CHQ-12 questionnaire showed that the average score of residents in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the proportion of poor mental health in the observation group was also significantly lower than that in the control group.Conclusion Theclass tutorsystem can not only significantly improve the theoretical and clinical ability of residents,but also reduce the occurrence of bad mental health,create a more harmonious relationship between teachers and students,and ensure significant results in clinical teaching.
