摘 要:针对制糖工业生产效率和产品质量提升的需求,开发了一套基于模糊控制技术的煮糖过程控制系统。该系统利用可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)技术作为核心控制单元,并结合专家知识和工人经验,通过控制糖浆过饱和度、真空度、温度、入料浓度和糖膏锤度等关键参数,实现了煮糖过程的自动化控制。系统有效解决了传统煮糖过程中存在的自动化程度低、能耗高、产品质量不稳定等问题,显著缩短了煮糖时间,减少了煮水次数,降低了能耗和生产成本,减轻了工人劳动强度,提高了生产效率和产品质量,从而有效增强企业的市场竞争力。A set of control system for sugar boiling process based on fuzzy control technology has been developed to meet the needs of sugar industry in terms of production efficiency and product quality improvement.The system utilizes PLC technology as the core control unit and combines expert knowledge and workers'experience to realize the automatic control of the sugar boiling process by controlling key parameters such as syrup super saturation,vacuum,temperature,feed concentration and sugar paste hammer degree.The system effectively solves the problems of low automation,high energy consumption and unstable product quality that exist in the traditional sugar boiling process,significantly shortens the boiling time,reduces the number of boiling times,reduces energy consumption and production costs,reduces the labor intensity of the workers,improves the production efficiency and product quality,and thus effectively strengthens the market competitiveness of the enterprise.
