摘  要:产教联合体作为职业教育产教融合的全新组织形态,是推动产业结构调整和经济社会发展的重要载体。中华人民共和国成立以来我国职业教育产教联合体政策的演进经历了探索阶段、发展阶段和快速发展阶段三个不同时期,体现出以下基本逻辑:政策供给从泛化到精细化,政策功能从单一功能到多功能辩证统一,目标指向从基于市场需求的倡导到项目制推动,价值导向从松散联盟到实体嵌入。在深化现代职业教育体系建设改革的新时代背景下,产教联合体政策将成为职业教育政策的关注点、以项目化治理为抓手、推进产教联合体实体化运行、发挥企业重要办学主体作用。As a new organizational form of vocational education industry-education integration,the industry-education integration consortium is an important carrier for promoting industrial structure adjustment and socio-economic development.Since the founding of the People's Republic of China,the evolution of policies regarding industry-education integration consortium has gone through three distinct stages:exploration stage,development stage,and rapid development stage.This evolution reflects the following basic logic:policy supply has shifted from generalization to refinement,policy functions have shifted from single function to multi-functional dialectical unity,goal orientation has shifted from advocating based on market demand to project-based promotion,and value orientation has shifted from loose alliances to entity embedding.In the new era of deepening the construction and reform of the modern vocational education system,the policy of industry-education integration consortium will become the focus of vocational education policy,with projectbased governance as the starting point,promoting the physical operation of the consortium,and giving full play to the important role of enterprises as the main body of education.
