摘 要:炎症性肠病(IBD)是一种慢性炎性疾病,以药物治疗为主。但目前的免疫调节治疗存在有效率低、安全性未明的问题,亟需寻找新的辅助治疗或替代疗法。肠道微生态作为新的治疗靶点在IBD的发生发展中占据重要地位,有望在IBD下一代治疗中发挥关键作用。目前已有粪菌移植、益生菌疗法、益生元疗法、饮食疗法、噬菌体疗法等用于调控IBD肠道微生态。本文总结肠道微生态调控治疗IBD的研究进展。Inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)is a chronic inflammatory disease,which is primarily treated with medication.However,the insufficient efficacy and safety risk of current immunoregulatory therapies mean that finding new adjuvant or alternative therapies is urgently needed.As a new therapeutic target,intestinal microecology occupies an important position in the occurrence and development of IBD and is expected to play a pivotal role in the next generation of IBD therapy.Currently,fecal microbiota transplantation,probiotic therapy,prebiotic therapy,dietary therapy and bacteriophage therapy have been used to regulate the intestinal microecology of IBD.This article reviews the research progress of intestinal microecology regulation in the treatment of IBD.
