摘 要:在新工科建设持续深入开展的背景下,探索更具专业特色的课程思政教学策略具有突出的必要性。作为面向工科专业学生开设的综合素质课程,管理类课程在培养既懂工程技术又懂组织管理的卓越工程师方面具有独特的价值。本研究基于认知主义和建构主义的学习理论,结合“工科+商科”交叉知识体系的联结内容,基于双元融合视角构建了一个面向新工科的管理类课程思政教学策略框架,并提出了突出学生的主体地位、积极运用叙事和共情、塑造建构情境的课堂和有效落实体验式教学四种教学策略,为工科专业实施管理类课程思政教学提供了借鉴。In the context of continuous and in-depth development of emerging engineering,the necessity of exploring the ideological and political education strategies with more professional characteristics in curricula becomes prominent.As comprehensive quality courses for engineering students,management courses hold unique value in cultivating outstanding engineers who possess both engineering technology and organizational management skills.Based on the learning theories of cognitivism and constructivism,and combining the interconnected content of the cross-disciplinary knowledge system of"Engineering+Business",this study constructs a strategic framework for ideological and political education in management courses tailored for emerging engineering from a dual-integration perspective.Four teaching strategies are proposed:emphasizing the student-centered approach,actively utilizing narrative and empathy,creating constructive classroom situations,and effectively implementing experiential teaching.These strategies provide references for the implementation of ideological and political education in management courses for engineering majors.
