德国“双元制”模式对我国高职院校校企合作的启示

摘　　要：德国“双元制”是一种成熟且高效的职业教育模式,其校企合作具有法律法规的完备性与政府管理的主动性、学校与企业之间的紧密合作、教育与就业密切对接的特点。德国“双元制”的成功经验启示我国高职院校的校企合作要完善法规与强化管理、深化校企合作关系、优化教育与就业衔接、加强师资队伍建设、推动现代学徒制的发展,以促进我国高等职业教育改革与发展。German dual system is considered as an effective model of vocational education,whose properties include supportive laws and regulations,proactive government oversight,collaboration of schools and enterprises,and a seamless matching of education and employment.The writers of this paper argue that German dual system may as well provide insights for Chinese vocational education in relation to school-enterprise cooperation.It is essential to set up legal framework,strengthen management,deepen school-enterprise partnerships,optimize the matchmaking of education and employment,enhance teaching teams and modern apprenticeship system.
