积极心理学对提高大学生英语学习兴趣的影响

摘  要:采用问卷调查法探讨大学生英语学习兴趣与积极心理学相关因素间的关系。结果表明,随着年级的升高,学生对英语学习的兴趣呈现出一定差异,但整体显示出较积极的学习态度和行为。英语学习中,听英语演讲或音乐在各年级中都最受欢迎。英语学习目标中,提高英语写作水平在大一年级和大二年级学生中最受关注,提升英语口语能力在各年级中受关注的程度均较高,考取英语相关证书在各年级中都是相对稳定的关注点。自我激励与目标设定、学习态度与积极心态、学习策略与自我反思、社交支持与团队合作、情感调节与应对能力、成就感与自我肯定这六大因素与英语学习兴趣之间存在显著正相关关系(P<0.05),且对英语学习兴趣有显著的预测作用(P<0.05)。基于此,高校和教师应激发学生英语学习的内在动机,教师应引导学生学习和运用有效的学习策略,不断提升大学生的英语学习成就感和效能感。The study explores the relationship between college students’interest in English learning and the relevant factors of positive psychology.The results show that with the increase of grade,there are some differences in students’interest in English learning,but generally they show more positive learning attitude and behavior.In English learning,listening to English speeches or music is the most popular in all grades.Among the English learning goals,students in grade one and grade two are mostly concern with the improvement of the English writing level,students of all grades show relatively high concern on the improvement of the oral English ability,and students of all grades show a relatively stable concern in obtaining English-related certificates.Self-motivation and goal setting,learning attitude and positive attitude,learning strategy and self-reflection,social support and teamwork,emotional regulation and coping ability,sense of accomplishment and self-affirmation have significant positive correlation with English learning interest(P<0.05),and have significant predictive effect on English learning interest(P<0.05).Based on this,colleges and universities,and teachers should stimulate the intrinsic motivation of students in English learning,and teachers should guide students to learn and use effective learning strategies to continuously improve college students’sense of achievement and efficacy in English learning.
