摘  要:目的描述中国十省(自治区)成年居民食物消费状况。方法数据来源于2022-2023年“中国发展与营养健康影响队列调查”,采用连续3天24小时膳食.回顾询问法收集食物消费数据和称重法记录家庭调味品消费数据。选取调查中数据完整的18岁及以上成年居民9249人进行食物摄入分析,比较不同特征居民食物摄入差异。结果十省(自治区)成年居民米类、面类、其他谷物和杂豆、薯类、大豆类、蔬菜、水果、坚果、畜类、禽类、鱼虾类、蛋类、奶类、烹调盐和烹调油的平均摄入量分别为191.4、133.1、39.9、33.1.9.9、231.8、42.5.3.3.83.9、14.7、20.5、38.4、28.7、8.6和41.1 g/d。结论2022-2023年中国十省(自治区)成年居民膳食结构不合理。OBJECTIVE To describe the food intake among adult residents in 10 provinces(autonomous regions)of China.METHODSSData was collected from the financial project China Development and Nutrition Health Impact Cohort Survey in 2022-2023.The method of three consecutive 24-h dietary recalls and weighing were used to collect foods and condiments intake data.A total of 9249 adults aged 18 years and above with complete data were studied to compare the differences in food intake among residents with different characteristics.RESULTS The average intakes of rice,wheat,other grains and beans,tubers,soybeans,vegetables,fruits,nuts,meat,poultry,fish and shrimp,eggs,dairy products,cooking salt and cooking oil among adult residents in 10 provinces were 191.4,133.1,39.9,33.1,9.9,231.8,42.5,3.3,83.9,14.7,20.5,38.4,28.7,8.6 and 41.1 g/d,respectively.CONCLUSION The dietary structure of adult residents in 10 provinces(autonomoussregions)of China in 2022-2023 is unreasonable.
