摘 要:培养拔尖技术技能人才是职业教育赋能新质生产力发展和技能型社会建设的价值显现,也是职业教育高质量发展的内在要求。基于扎根理论,通过对世界技能大赛23名金牌得主的深入访谈和案例分析发现:拔尖技术技能人才的素质结构呈现“五维共振”画像,包括知识结构、技术能力、自主能力、精神品质和意识风格;不同要素在型构拔尖技术技能人才成功角色的过程中发挥了差异化作用,具有不可通约性。基于此,提高拔尖技术技能人才培育质量,需要建立人才培养的多维协同保障体系、构建跨院校多专业融合的培养模式、形成家校企三方联动的发展机制以及搭建多功能高端交流培育平台。Cultivating top-notch technical and skilled talents is not only a manifestation of the value of vocational education in empowering the development of new quality productive forces and the construction of a skilled society,but also an inherent requirement for the high-quality development of vocational education.Based on the grounded theory,through in-depth interviews and case analysis of 23 gold medalists in the World Skills Competition,it was found that the quality structure of top-notch technical and skilled talents presents a"five dimensional resonance"portrait,including knowledge structure,technical ability,autonomy,spiritual quality,and consciousness style;Different factors play a differentiated role in the successful role of top-notch technical and skilled talents,and have irreconcilable characteristics.Based on this,improving the quality of cultivating top-notch technical and skilled talents requires the establishment of a multidimensional collaborative guarantee system for talent cultivation,the construction of a cross university and multi professional integration training model,the formation of a development mechanism of tripartite linkage between home,school,and enterprise,and the construction of a multifunctional high-end communication and cultivation platform.
