摘　　要：高职“双师型”教师培训内涵建设是职业教育高质量发展的关键。当前,高职“双师型”教师培训存在课程目标泛化、课程内容供需错配、课程实施主体缺失以及课程评价单一等问题。精准培训是高职“双师型”教师培训的改革方向。基于调研结果和理论分析,提出高职“双师型”教师精准培训的概念内涵和课程设计的基本思路,以期为新时代高职教师培训模式创新提供借鉴。The connotation construction of“double-qualified”teacher training in higher vocational colleges is the key to the high-quality development of vocational education.The current“double-qualified”teacher training in higher vocational colleges has problems such as generalized course objectives,mismatched supply and demand of course content,lack of course implementation subjects,and single course evaluation.Precision training is the reform direction of“double-qualified”teacher training in higher vocational colleges.Based on the survey results and theoretical analysis,this paper puts forward the conceptual connotation and basic ideas of precision training for“double-qualified”teachers in higher vocational colleges,in order to provide reference for the innovation of higher vocational teacher training models in the new era.
