摘 要:党的二十大确立的中国式现代化新使命客观上要求教育治理改革要进行“再转型”,即从整合性、法治化以及公共性等方面进行精细设计和审慎推进。教育治理“再转型”的关键在于在更大范围汲取社会力量,通过“自下而上”地参与,寻求破解教育困境的条件与路径,进而让教育成为全社会的“共同利益”。作为发展中的社会空间的重要组成部分,社会组织必须使自身的参与行动合乎并出于教育的基本标准,从教育内含的逻辑和规范出发创造性地开展治理行动,致力于教育品质的不断提升。The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China established the new mission of Chinese-style modernization,which requires the educational governance innovation to re-transform into a new station based on the carefully design and prudent promotion in the integration,the rule of law,and the publicity dimensions.The key to the re-transformation of educational governance is to draw on the energy of the society,and to participate in and seek the conditions and paths of cracking educational dilemma,making education as the“common interest”in the whole society.As the main part of social forces in developing,social organizations should enable their own participation actions to meet the basic standards of education and start from the logic and norms included in education.What's more,they have to carry out governance actions based on educational standards,and commit to continuous improvement of education quality.
