摘 要:教育家精神的生成是一个漫长而复杂的过程,受到内外部多个因素的影响;亦是一个动态连续、逐步发展的过程,要经历亲身感知阶段(意识)-内在求索阶段(自我意识)-理性生成阶段(理性)-精神自觉阶段(精神)的发展过程,每个发展阶段都有其独特的特点和外在表征。教育家精神成长的潜在规律包括阶段性递进规律、内外因素交互作用规律、实践反思与理论提升相结合规律以及持续学习与自我更新规律。探明教育家精神的生成过程、发展阶段、外在表征,探究诸多因素是如何塑造和促进教育家精神形成和发展的内在机理,能为总结教育家精神形成的规律、涵育更多具有教育家精神的教师提供启示。The formation of an educator's spirit is a long and complex process influenced by numerous internal and external factors.It is also a dynamic,continuous,and gradually developing process that goes through the stages of personal perception(consciousness)-internal exploration(self-consciousness)-rational generation(reason)-spiritual awakening(spirit).Each developmental stage has its unique characteristics and external manifestations.The underlying laws of the growth of an educator's spirit include the law of phased progression,the law of interaction between internal and external factors,the law of combining practical reflection with theoretical advancement,and the law of continuous learning and self-renewal.Investigating the process of forming an educator's spirit,understanding the development stages and external signs,and exploring how various factors shape and promote the formation and development of this spirit can provide insights for summarizing the laws of the formation of an educator's spirit and nurturing more teachers imbued with such a spirit.
