摘 要:在南方,秋天的河蟹,属人间知味。如今,人们餐桌越来越丰富,海参、鲍鱼、燕窝、鱼翅已不再是什么稀罕物,但这些山珍海味仍不能与秋蟹相比。蟹味是天然的,无需佐料,无需技巧炮制,上锅一蒸,色泽顿时由褐青泛出金红,一派喜气之色,看一眼就令人心情舒坦。螃蟹与成熟的秋天如影相随,中秋之夜,丹桂飘香,黄酒一壶,蒸几只肥蟹,约几个老友赏月吃蟹,是再惬意不过的事情了。In the north,the four-month fishing moratorium has Ijust ended.As fishing boats roar,fresh seafoods become available in streets and alleys,enriching people's dining tables.Among them crabs almost take up half of the fishing market.Growing in the Bohai Bay,swimming crabs take in the essence of the abundant baits in the Yellow River and the Bohai Sea.Since they are natural,they make the cultivated hairy crabs pale.Their sweet aroma beat all competitors in the world.Nevertheless,crabs at this time are not fully plump.It is a test for your judgement to pick them.Otherwise,the seemingly lively crabs may become shells of water when they are boiled.Such crabs are popular in some places,where they are called watery crabs specially served for the water in the shell.I call them watery beings.
