摘　　要：职业教育在经济社会发展中发挥着举足轻重的作用,广泛应用于服装设计专业。文章强调了职业教育对于培养多样化人才、传承技术技能、促进就业创业的关键作用,指出了教育质量观随着社会对职业教育认识的加强而转变,同时讨论了职业教育质量研究现状以及服装设计专业学生就业能力的构成,包括服装设计专业知识、技能、态度、个人素质和就业意愿,并总结了职业教育体系创新与服装设计专业学生就业能力提升的多方面、多层次过程以及政府、教育体系、教师和学生在此过程中发挥的作用。Vocational education plays a crucial role in economic and social development,and is widely applied in the major of clothing design.The article emphasizes the key role of vocational education in cultivating diverse talents,inheriting technical skills and promoting employment and entrepreneurship.It points out that the concept of educational quality has changed with the increasing understanding of vocational education in society.At the same time,it discusses the current research status of vocational education quality and the composition of the employment ability of students majoring in clothing design,including knowledge,skills,attitudes,personal qualities and employment willingness.It also summarizes the multi-faceted and multi-level processes of vocational education system innovation and the improvement of the employment ability of students majoring in clothing design,as well as the roles played by the government,education system,teachers and students in this process.
