网络+大数据PBL教学法与形成性评价在麻醉学临床教学中的应用

摘  要:目的探讨麻醉学临床教学开展期间应用网络+大数据以问题为基础的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)与形成性评价的价值。方法选取2022年5月—2024年1月在山东省立第三医院麻醉科实习的50名麻醉学专业实习生为观察对象,按随机数表法原则分组,对照组和观察组各25名。对照组接受一对一带教方法,观察组在此基础上接受网络+大数据PBL教学法与形成性评价,对比分析2组实习生的教学综合评价、实习能力和实习期末综合成绩。结果在教学综合评价指标评估方面,观察组实习生中情绪状态良好、基础知识牢固、答题思路清晰、专注度提高、参与度增强、逻辑思考能力增强、自主学习能力提高、团队合作能力良好的人数多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在实习能力评估方面,观察组实习生中记忆精准度提升、医患沟通能力增强、分析能力提高、获取信息能力增强、信息利用能力提高、解决问题能力增强、实践动手能力提高的人数多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组实习生实习期末综合成绩为(87.56±3.80)分,高于对照组的(73.65±4.23)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论麻醉学临床教学期间应用网络+大数据PBL教学法与形成性评价有助于丰富实习教学手段,促进实习生综合成绩不断提高,实现实习全过程教学相长的目标,实习生主动性高,临床教学质量更好。Objective To explore the value of problem-based learning(PBL)and formative evaluation during the clinical teaching of anesthesiology.Methods A total of 50 interns majoring in anesthesiology who practiced in the anesthesiology department of the Shandong Provincial Third Hospital from May 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the observation objects,and divided into two groups according to the principle of random number table,with 25 interns in the control group and 25 interns in the observation group.The control group was taught with the one-to-one teaching method,and the observation group was taught with the network+big data PBL teaching method and formative evaluation on the basis of this.The teaching comprehensive evaluation,internship abilities,and comprehensive final grades at the end of the internship for two groups of interns were compared and analyzed.Results In terms of comprehensive teaching evaluation indicators,the number of interns in the observation group with good emotional state,solid basic knowledge,clear thinking,improved concentration,enhanced participation,enhanced logical thinking ability,improved independent learning ability,and good teamwork ability was higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).In terms of internship ability evaluation,the number of interns in the observation group who improved memory accuracy,doctorpatient communication ability,analysis ability,information acquisition ability,information utilization ability,problem solving ability and practical ability was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comprehensive scores of interns in the observation group were(87.56±3.80)points,higher than that in the control group[(73.65±4.23)points],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion The application of network+big data PBL teaching method and formative evaluation during clinical teaching of anesthesiology is helpful to enrich practical teaching methods,promote the c
