摘 要:针对主动隔振系统负载特征参数难以估计以及动态变化的问题,明确特征参数辨识对象并提出辨识方法,提升主动隔振系统的解耦控制效果。在三点支撑构型的减振系统基础上,建立主动隔振系统动力学模型和控制模型,推导动力学方程中的质量矩阵、刚度矩阵、阻尼矩阵以及解耦控制模型中的转换矩阵,提出主动隔振系统重心、质量、惯量负载特征参数的辨识方法,创建基于Simulink的主动隔振系统仿真模型并对实验平台进行搭建,通过仿真和实验使辨识方法的有效性得到验证。In response to the problem that it is difficult to estimate the load characteristic parameters of the active isolation system and its dynamic changes,the identification object of the characteristic parameters was recognized and the identification method was proposed,which improved the decoupling control effect of the active vibration isolation system.The dynamic model and control model of the active vibration isolation system were established for the vibration reduction system with three-point supported configuration.The mass matrix,stiffness matrix,damping matrix in the dynamic equation and the transformation matrix in the decoupling control model were derived.The identification method of the center of gravity,mass and inertia load characteristic parameters of the active vibration isolation system was proposed,the simulation model of the active vibration isolation system based on Simulink was created,and the experimental platform was built.The effectiveness of the identification method was verified by simulation and experiments.
