摘 要:目的探讨ALACT反思模型对高职护生基础护理实训效果的影响。方法采用方便抽样法,选取某高职院校护理学院2021级两个班级为研究对象,用抽签法分为试验组(45人)和对照组(43人)。对照组进行常规基础护理实训,试验组在常规实训基础上利用ALACT反思模型开展反思学习。课程结束后,比较两组基础护理理论、实训成绩及期末成绩。结果实训前两组基础护理理论、实训成绩和上学期期末成绩比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);实训后试验组理论、实训成绩和期末成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多元逐步回归分析显示,ALACT反思模型对护生基础护理课程成绩影响显著(P<0.05)。结论ALACT反思模型应用于高职基础护理实训教学,能有效提高课程教学质量。Objective To explore the impact of ALACT reflection model on the effectiveness of basic nursing training for higher vocational nursing students.Methods Convenient sampling method was used to select two classes of Grade 2021from the nursing college of a higher vocational college as the research subjects.They were divided into experimental group(45 people)and control group(43 people)by drawing lots.The control group received routine basic nursing training,while the experimental group received the ALACT reflection model to conduct reflective learning on the basis of routine training.After the course,the basic nursing theory,training scores,and final grades of the two groups were compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the comparison of basic nursing theory(P>0.05),practical training scores,and final grades of the previous semester between the two groups before the training.After practical training,the experimental group had higher theoretical,practical,and final scores than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that the ALACT reflection model had a significant impact on nursing students′performance in basic nursing courses(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of ALACT reflection model in higher vocational basic nursing training teaching can effectively improve the quality of course teaching.
