摘　　要：随着经济社会的不断发展,对兼备专业知识和工程伦理素养的工程技术人才的需求变得越来越迫切。以材料类专业中开设的“磁性材料与器件”课程为例,就工程伦理教育在当前形势下的意义进行了探讨,分析了当前工程伦理教育在课程设置、师资素质和教学方法等方面存在的问题。同时,针对这些问题以及“磁性材料与器件”课程的特点,从完善课程体系、提升教师工程伦理素养、深化案例教学和创新教学模式等方面初步探讨了当前工程伦理教育建设的具体内容。With the continuous development of economy and society,the demand for engineering and technical personnel with both professional knowledge and engineering ethics becomes more and more urgent.Taking Magnetic Materials and Devices as an example,this paper discusses the significance of engineering ethics education in the current situation,and analyzes the existing problems in the course setting,teacher quality and teaching methods of current engineering ethics education.At the same time,in view of these problems and the characteristics of the course,the concrete contents of the current construction of engineering ethics education are discussed from the aspects of improving the curriculum system,improving the teachers'engineering ethics literacy,deepening the case teaching and innovating the teaching mode.
