摘　　要：高等学校开展劳动教育是落实立德树人根本任务和培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人的重要环节。在人才培养环节落实以立德树人为核心的劳动教育理念是工科特色明显的应用型本科高校的重要使命和任务。本项目将劳动教育与专业教育相结合,在提高学生的专业理论知识、专业实践能力,培养学生创新精神和团队协作能力的过程中,探索将大学生劳动教育与专业教育进行融合发展,在融合发展中使学生树立正确的马克思主义劳动价值观,以劳动教育为其他“四育”提供助力。通过劳动教育和专业教育的深度融合,使学生更深入地了解和掌握了本学科的专业知识,提升了学生的实践和创新能力,提高了人才培养质量。Carrying out labor education in higher education institutions is an important link in achieving the fundamental task of moral education and cultivating socialist successors with comprehensive development of morality,intelligence,physical fitness,aesthetics,and labor.The implementation of the labor education concept with moral education as the core in the talent cultivation process is an important mission and task of applied undergraduate universities with obvious engineering characteristics.This project combines labor education with professional education.In the process of improving students’professional theoretical knowledge,practical ability,cultivating their innovative spirit and teamwork ability,the integration and development of labor education and professional education are integrated.The process of integration and development were aimed to help students establish correct Marxist labor values,and provide assistance for moral education,intellectual education,physical education,and aesthetic education through labor education.Through the deep integration of labor education and professional education,students have gained a deeper understanding and mastery of professional knowledge in their field,improved their practical and innovative abilities,and the improvement of talent cultivation quality is promoted.
