摘　　要：拔尖创新人才培养是推进教育强国建设的内在要求和题中之义。健康的基础教育生态对拔尖创新人才成长具有重要意义。坚持系统观念,从人才成长的基础环境着手,凝聚社会协同力是拔尖创新人才培养,服务强国建设的关键。因此,需要坚持基础教育与高等教育双向良性互动,为拔尖创新人才创设成长路径;坚持学校家庭社会协同育人,为拔尖创新人才成长提供资源平台;坚持科学推进教育评价改革,为拔尖创新人才成长提供助力。Cultivating top-notch innovative talents is an inherent requirement and a prerequisite for pro-moting the construction of a leading country in education.A healthy basic education ecosystem is of great sig-nificance for the growth of top-notch innovative talents.Adhering to a systematic concept,starting from the basic environment for talent growth and consolidating societal synergy is the key to cultivating top-notch inno-vative talents and serving the construction of a leading country.Therefore,it is essential to adhere to a posi-tive and reciprocal interaction between basic and higher education,to pave the way for the growth of top-notch innovative talents;It is also crucial to develop a collaborative education approach involving schools,families,and society,to provide a resource platform for the growth of top-notch innovative talents;Persisting in scientifically advancing educational evaluation reforms is necessary to provide support for the growth of top-notch innovative talents.
