摘 要:目的评价在消化内科临床见习带教中融入案例教学法的临床效果。方法选取2021年3月—2023年3月山东省第一康复医院消化内科的30名实习医师为研究对象,按教学模式分为两组,每组15名,观察组行案例教学法,对照组行常规带教模式。对比两组带教培训质量、心理状态、学习状态、综合能力、基础能力和教学满意度。结果观察组实习医师的自主学习意识评分为(9.5±0.1)分,学习积极性评分为(9.2±0.2)分,均高于对照组的(8.6±0.3)分、(8.3±0.4)分,差异有统计学意义(t=11.022、7.794,P均<0.05)。观察组带教培训质量评分高于对照组,心理焦虑状态优于对照组,各项综合能力评分以及理论知识掌握度评分、实践操作能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组对临床带教满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在消化内科临床见习带教中开展案例教学法,可有效提高临床带教管理质量,增强实习医师实习兴趣及自主学习意识,减轻实习医师实习期间心理负担,提高实习医师综合能力。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of case teaching method in clinical probation teaching of gastroenterology.Methods Thirty interns from the Department of Gastroenterology of Shandong First Rehabilitation Hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to the teaching mode,with fifteen in each group.The observation group was given the case teaching method and the control group was given the conventional teaching mode.The quality of teaching training,psychological state,learning state,comprehensive ability,basic ability and teaching satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of independent learning awareness and learning enthusiasm of interns in the observation group were 9.5±0.1 and 9.2±0.2,which were higher than 8.6±0.3 and 8.3±0.4 in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=11.022,7.794,both P<0.05).The score of teaching and training quality in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the psychological anxiety was better than that in the control group,and the scores of comprehensive ability,theoretical knowledge mastery and practical operation ability were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The satisfaction of clinical teaching in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The case teaching method can effectively improve the quality of clinical teaching management,enhance the internship interest and self-learning awareness of interns,reduce the psychological burden during the internship,and improve the comprehensive ability of interns.
