摘 要:目的探讨基于问题的学习(Problem-based Learning,PBL)教学法联合标准化病人(Standardized Patient,SP)在临床医学学士(Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgry,MBBS)学生血液病实践教学中的应用效果。方法选取2023年2—6月由江苏大学附属人民医院血液科负责血液病临床教学的39名2019级MBBS学生为对照组,选取2024年2—6月32名2021级MBBS学生为观察组。观察组采用PBL联合SP模式实施临床实践教学,对照组采用传统讲授法实施临床实践教学。对比两组理论考试、临床思维能力考核成绩及对教学方案的认可度。结果观察组理论考试、临床思维能力考核成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组对教学方案的认可度为90.63%(29/32),高于对照组的69.23%(27/39),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.178,P<0.05)。结论采取PBL联合SP模式可有效提高MBBS学生的见习质量、学习兴趣和实践能力,加深学生对于血液系统疾病的认识,全面提升学生的自学能力、团队协作能力以及临床思维能力。Objective To explore the application effect of problem-based learning(PBL)teaching method combined with standardized patient(SP)in the practical teaching of hematological diseases for bachelor of medicine and bach-elor of surgry(MBBS)students.Methods From February to June 2023,39 MBBS students of grade 2019 who were re-sponsible for the clinical teaching of hematological diseases in the Department of Hematology of Affiliated People's Hospital of Jiangsu University were selected as the control group,and 32 MBBS students of grade 2021 from February to June 2024 were selected as the observation group.The observation group used PBL combined with SP mode to implement clinical practice teaching,while the control group used traditional teaching method to implement clinical practice teaching.The scores of theoretical examination,clinical thinking ability and recognition of teaching program were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of theoretical examination and clinical thinking ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The recognition of the teaching program in the observation group was 90.63%(29/32),which was higher than 69.23%(27/39)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.178,P<0.05).Conclusion PBL combined with SP mode can effectively improve the probation quality,learning interest and practical ability of MBBS students,deepen students'understanding of blood system diseases,and comprehensively improve stu-dents'self-learning ability,teamwork ability and clinical thinking ability.
