木桶理论视域下高职瑜伽教学改革创新及优化路径研究

摘  要:该研究以木桶理论为理论框架,对高职瑜伽教学进行了深入研究。通过对教学现状的分析,总结其现存问题,包括教学内容与方法单一、学科融合不足,以及师资队伍的结构和素质亟待提升等。在影响因素分析中,考察了社会认知与需求、学生个体差异和师资队伍素质对教学的影响。在此基础上,提出了以木桶理论为指导的高职瑜伽教学改革及优化路径,包括优化教学内容与方法、进行学科融合与课程创新,以及提升师资队伍素质。This research takes Barrel Theory as the theoretical frame,conducts in-depth research on higher vocational yoga teaching.By analyzing the current teaching situation,this paper sums up the existing problems,including single teaching contents and methods,insufficient integration of disciplines,and the urgent need to improve the structure and quality of the teaching staff.In the analysis of influencing factors,the influence of social cognition and demand,individual differences of students and the quality of teachers on teaching is investigated.On this basis,the paper puts forward reform and optimization path of higher vocational yoga teaching under the guidance of Barrel Theory,including the optimization of teaching contents and methods,the integration of disciplines and curriculum innovation,and the improvement of teachers'quality.
