新课标背景下高职公共英语教法改革:学情调研与分层策略探究——以湖北职业技术学院医护专业为例

摘　　要：采用问卷调查和深度访谈的方式,调研学校医护专业公共英语课程的学情状况、教学评价以及对分层教学的态度和看法。结果发现存在学生英语基础差异大、学习动机多样、内容适应性不足、考核方式单一等问题。基于此,提出了“三教”改革中分层教学实践下的显性分层教学策略,包括针对学生能力分层、教学内容和教学目标分层、教学方法分层以及学业水平评价分层。The study utilized questionnaires and in-depth interviews to investigate the learning situation,teaching evaluation,and attitudes towards hierarchical teaching in the public English course for medical and nursing students at Hubei Polytechnic Institute.The results revealed significant differences in students'English proficiency,diverse learning motivations,inadequate adaptation to content and a lack of variety in assessment methods.Based on the above findings,explicit hierarchical teaching strategies are proposed within the framework of the"three teaching"reforms,which include stratification based on student ability,teaching content and objectives,teaching methods and academic performance evaluation.
