摘  要:在基础教育数字化转型的进程中,促进教育教学与信息技术的深度融合、实现教育领域的深层次变革,已成为各区域教育信息化发展面临的一项核心议题。区域教育管理者的信息化领导力被公认为推动区域教育信息化改革与发展不可或缺的关键因素。在以C市“国家级信息化教学改革实验区”中的区域教育管理者为研究对象,以信息化管理能力、信息化愿景规划能力、信息化环境建设能力和信息化教学组织能力四个维度为内容所进行的信息化领导力调查研究中发现:区域教育管理者信息化领导力整体较好,但在主动领导、个性化规划设计、合理配备经费、教学组织等方面的能力还亟待加强。基于分析结果,提出区域教育管理者信息化领导力提升的建议路径:重视教育管理者信息化领导力的培训,增强主动领导意识;提升区域教育管理者信息化愿景规划能力,进行个性化规划设计;注重区域信息化环境建设能力的提升,确保建设经费的合理配备;立足于区域实际情况,加强对管理者信息化教学组织能力的培养。In the process of digital transformation of basic education,promoting the deep integration of education,teaching and information technology,and realizing deep-seated changes in the field of education have become a core issue facing the development of educational informatization in various regions.The informatization leadership of regional education administrators is recognized as an indispensable key factor to promote the reform and development of regional education informatization.Taking the regional education managers in the“National Experimental Zone of Informatization Teaching Reform”in C City as the research object,and taking the four dimensions of informatization management ability,informatization vision planning ability,informatization environment construction ability and informatization teaching organization ability as the content,it is found that the informatization leadership of regional education managers is good as a whole,but their abilities in active leadership,personalized planning and design,reasonable allocation of funds and teaching organization need to be strengthened.Based on the above analysis results,this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the information leadership of regional education managers:pay attention to the training of information leadership of education managers and improving the awareness of active leadership;enhance the ability of regional education managers to plan information vision and formulate personalized planning and design;pay attention to the improvement of regional information environment construction ability and ensure the reasonable allocation of construction funds;based on the actual situation in the region,we should strengthen the cultivation of managers’organizational ability of information-based teaching.
