摘 要:当前,教育强国建设已经成为我国教育事业发展的重大战略布署。教育强国建设与促进教育公平之间存在着深刻的联系,公平的教育不仅是支撑教育强国建设的必要条件,也是教育强国建设的重要任务,并作为一种“结果”构成了评测教育强国建设成效的重要衡量指标。对标教育强国建设目标任务,当前我国教育仍面临着资源差距、制度困境,以及不同处境中的个体发展之可能的公平困境。针对上述困境,立足整体性和系统性强化顶层设计,立足现实性和未来性强化均衡发展,立足群体性和差异性强化托底扶优,为教育强国建设进程中促进教育公平提供了可能路径。Currently,the construction of an education power has become a major strategic arrangement for the development of China's education industry.There is a profound connection between the construction of an educational power and the promotion of educational equity.Fair education is not only a necessary condition for supporting the construction of an education power,but also an important task for the construction of an education power.As a"result",it constitutes an important measurement indicator for evaluating the effectiveness of the construction of an education power.Compared with the goals and tasks of building a education power,China's education system still faces resource gaps,institutional dilemmas,and the potential equity dilemma of individual development in different situations.In response to the above difficulties,we have strengthened top-level design based on overall and systematic approaches,balanced development based on reality and future prospects,and supported excellence based on group and differences.This provides a possible path for promoting educational equity in the process of building an education power.
