高职院校学生赋能乡村文化建设路径研究——基于对桃林镇的田野调查

摘  要:该研究以桃林镇为例,调查乡村文化建设满意度水平,以期寻找乡村文化建设满意度和乡村文化认同之间的潜在关系,以及提升乡村文化满意度和文化认同的途径。该研究使用自编量表和乡村文化认同量表对1013名农民进行了调研,使用数理统计和构建结构方程模型研究二者的关系。结果表明:乡村文化建设的认同度处于中上水平,但中介效应的要素配置仍需优化;乡村文化环境持续改善,但不同村庄之间及不同群体之间的精准供给仍有待加强;农民精神风貌焕发新气象,但其主体性作用尚待充分发挥;乡村文明与乡村振兴相互促进,但乡土乡情的品牌和特色效应还需进一步彰显。高职院校学生赋能乡村文化建设路径包括:学生担当乡村文化的传播者;高职院校增强教育教学的感染力,激励学生通过所学专业助力乡村振兴。This study investigates the level of satisfaction with rural culture construction in Taolin town,seeks the potential relationship between rural culture construction satisfaction and rural cultural identity,and explores ways to enhance rural cultural satisfaction and cultural identity.A self-administered questionnaire and a rural cultural identity scale were used to survey 1 ol3 rural residents.Statistical analysis and structural equation modeling were used to study the relationship.The level of identification with rural culture construction is at a moderate to high level,and the elements of the mediating effect need to be optimized;the rural cultural environment continues to improve,but precise supply between villages and groups needs to be strengthened;the spiritual morale of rural residents has taken on a new look,but the subjective role of farmers needs to be fully played;rural civilization and rural revitalization are mutually reinforcing,and the brand and distinctive effects of rural emotions and customs still need to be highlighted.The pathways for empowering college students to participate in rural cultural construction include promoting practical achievements into new era classrooms,making students rural culture ambassadors;enriching ideological and political education with the beauty of rural areas,enhancing the infection of education and teaching;recalling hometown sentiments to encourage students to become rural revitalization dreamers;and leveraging professional expertise to support rural revitalization,and putting skills to work in the fields.
