劳动美学视域下劳动教育的内在机理及实现路径

摘  要:劳动美学是一门深刻揭示劳动审美属性和规律的科学。劳动美学视域对劳动教育的价值主要体现在劳动美学丰富了劳动教育的育人功能,为劳动教育实现以劳育美的目标提供了新助力。研究从劳动美学视域审视劳动教育,呈现出劳动主体审美意识回归、劳动过程审美意蕴体现、劳动环境的审美创设、劳动成果美学意蕴彰显等方面内在审美机理。研究尝试基于劳动美学视域探讨劳动教育的内在机理,以及劳动教育走向美学的路径:劳动教育要追求审美彰显的价值转向、打造具有美学意蕴的精神文化、创建美学意蕴的教育情境、提升走向劳动审美塑造的设计思维、创新走向劳动审美实现的教育方式、采用审美生成的劳动教育评价。Labor aesthetics is a science that profoundly reveals the aesthetic attributes and laws of labor.The value of the perspective of labor aesthetics to labor education is mainly reflected in the fact that labor aesthetics enriches the educational function of labor education and provides a new boost for labor education to achieve the goal of labor education.This study examines labor education from the perspective of labor aesthetics,and presents the internal aesthetic mechanism of the return of the aesthetic consciousness of labor subjects,the embodiment of the aesthetic connotation of the labor process,the aesthetic creation of the labor environment,and the manifestation of the aesthetic meaning of labor results.This study attempts to explore the internal mechanism of labor education and the path of labor education to aesthetics from the perspective of labor aesthetics:labor education should pursue the value shift of aesthetic manifestation,create a spiritual culture with aesthetic implications,create an educational situation with aesthetic implications,improve the design thinking towards labor aesthetics,innovate the educational method towards the realization of labor aesthetics,and adopt the evaluation of labor education generated by aesthetics.
