摘 要:中小学幼儿园教师继续教育专职培训者的专业发展水平很大程度上影响着继续教育的质量。专职培训者应具备教师培训需求调研能力、培训项目设计能力、培训课程研发能力等。当前,专职培训者专业发展中存在重经验轻调研、重课程轻评估、重理论轻实践、重内容轻方法、重过程轻跟踪等问题。基于培训需求的调查研究、基于典型问题的课程研发、基于全过程的质量评估、基于院校学科的共同体建设是促进专职培训者专业发展的主要途径。The professional development level of specialized trainers in continuing education for teachers in primary and secondary schools and kindergartens greatly affects the quality of continuing education.Specialized trainers should possess the abilities to investigate teachers'training needs,design training programs,develop training courses,and so on.Currently,there are issues in the professional development of specialized trainers,such as prioritizing experience over research,courses over evaluation,theory over practice,content over methods,and process over follow-up.The main approaches to promoting the professional development of specialized trainers are proposed,including survey research based on training needs,curriculum development based on typical issues,quality evaluation based on the entire process,and the community building based on schools and subjects.
