幼儿教师信息素养与胜任力关系探析——基于自我效能感的中介作用

摘  要:为考察信息素养对幼儿教师胜任力的影响以及自我效能感在二者之间的中介作用,采用幼儿园教师信息素养调查问卷、一般自我效能感量表和幼儿教师胜任力量表对519名幼儿教师进行调查。结果显示:幼儿教师信息素养与自我效能感、幼儿教师胜任力之间呈两两显著正相关;信息素养对幼儿教师胜任力有显著的正向预测作用。同时,自我效能感在幼儿教师信息素养与胜任力之间起部分中介作用。In order to investigate the influence of information literacy on early childhood teachers and the mediating role of self-efficiency between them,519 early childhood teachers were surveyed by adopting the kindergarten teachers'information literacy questionnaire,general self-efficiency scale and kindergarten teachers'competency scale.The results showed that there were significant positive correlations between early childhood teachers'information literacy,self-efficacy and their competence;information literacy was a significant positive predictor of early childhood teachers'competence.At the same time,self-efficacy partially mediates the relationship between information literacy and competence among early childhood teachers.
